CA Station Dispatch

To use our services, you must:

• Be a registered driver or authorized MC holder
• Provide all required documentation (MC Authority Letter, W-9, Certificate of Insurance, Voided Check for Quick Pay, Notice of Assignment for Factoring)
• Be legally able to enter into a contractual agreement

• Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information during sign-up.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

• All loads must be accepted and executed in compliance with applicable transportation laws and regulations.
• CA Station Dispatch Services is not responsible for driver conduct, cargo loss, or violations of law during transportation.
• We provide recommended rates and broker information, but cannot guarantee load availability or payment outside of documented agreements.

• CA Station acts solely as a dispatch and back-office service provider.
• We are not liable for accidents, delays, or losses arising from driver actions or third-party broker agreements.
• We do not provide insurance coverage; all users must maintain proper Certificates of Insurance.

• Users may terminate their account at any time.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or unlawful activity.

• All website content, branding, and materials are the property of CA Station Dispatch Services and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.
